At LH Home, we want you to love every piece in your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LH Home account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding included to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
