Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location, while larger furniture items may require specialized freight delivery taking 10-14 days.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, LH Home ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery progress.
